You
shall not commit murder.
Genesis 9:6 states: "Whoever sheds the blood of man, among man, his blood shall be shed; for in the image of God He made man." This one is really obvious for the most part. This command also covers the less obvious kind of murder: character assisination through gossip and speaking ill of another. This is every bit as much a sin (and even worse) as actually killing another human being.
