shall not blaspheme God's name.
This command is another that is much more subtle than it first appears.
This command demands:
- An acknowledgment of God's existence and presence
- Fear or respect of God
- Prayer to God
But
much more subtle than these requirements, it also demands that one live
an upright and honest life because anything less is desecrating the
name of God in whose image you were created.
